  • Due to the nature of herbal products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if you wish to request a return.
  • Any request made after this period may not be eligible.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless damaged/defective).
  • Items returned without proper reason or without prior approval.

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
